These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CompanionX mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• Do not use the App for illegal or harmful activities.

Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy

CompanionX is published by 77D. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to groom, exploit, or endanger a child is strictly prohibited.
• Any user content, profile, or message involving CSAE may be removed immediately and the account may be permanently banned.
• When required by law, we report CSAE to relevant authorities and child protection organizations.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.

Subscriptions

CompanionX offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called CX + Monthly.

• Subscription name: CX + Monthly
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Content provided: Unlimited messages and unlimited companion creations for the duration of the subscription period.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompanionX is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
